Refund policy
Emalolabella has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you 😊
Unfortunately, at this time, the buyer is responsible for all return postage cost. It is recommended that you get proof of postage when returning any items as a refund will not be granted if the items are not received.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. When ordering Custom made to measure product, please ensure that you measure correctly as these items are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept any refunds on personal care goods, including Sanitary items, scrunchies, food wraps and head bands- I hope you can understand that this is for hygiene reasons.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards but I will do my best to help you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
